Tim was fantastic. After going to multiple places and them telling me that they could not help me replace my battery. I will be coming here for all my battery needs for now on. Thank you Tim, for your great service.

I brought in my existing interstate battery and asked your man to check it out. He wheeled a cart out popped the caps off and tested the liquid. He gave no feedback as he tested, however I noticed the readings were all in the green zone. I figured green was good. He then put on the battery clamps and tested it, the numbers were positive, but I could not get an accurate number, as he switched if off quickly and said the battery is no good. He then looked me up in the computer and said my warranty had just expired and the best he could do was 10% off. He never told me what the testing showed or meant and did not tell me when the warranty expired. I know it was about 12 months but not sure of exact date. Why do your batteries only last 12 months, and if so why buy an expensive one. Get the cheaper and just replace each year. I store the battery properly over the winter but still it dies.

The battery was not tightened and would not start the next day so a tow truck had to be called. The installation tech informed me the started was dead at time of service. We finally did get it started and then later the next day it would not start so a tow truck was called to take the vehicle to repair shop and upon investigation it was found the battery connection wan not appropriate. This was a huge waste of time and money to investigate a failure on the installation techs work. I brought my vehicle to Interstate to ensure a profession and complete installation of which failed. I am vary disappointed. I would please ask that a credit or $50 be applied to my credit card for the call of the tow truck. Thank you in advance for consideration! Kind regards, Ken Ken Bennett
