I had been to 3 other places to get batteries for my Ford key fob-the gentleman at Interstate knew exactly what I needed and put new batteries in both of my key fobs! I love that you had just the batteries I needed on hand and that there was someone there who was knowledgeable and so nice to work with! I’ll never go anywhere else for my battery needs!

First, your employee was very rude and acted like he didn’t want to his job at all. Second, I watched this kid try and half ass the job and not put all the parts to my vehicle back together. Third, he then tried to lie to me about why he didn’t put the battery sleeve on. Then he dropped the tools onto my paint job. After that he sat and slammed my battery into the firewall trying to get it to fit. Then he tried to lie again and say the battery was to big. It’s an Optima battery and it’s smaller then the one her took out of the car. He just had the power cable smashed between the firewall and battery while he was slamming the back and forth. So the battery wouldn’t slide into place. Then I asked him why there were error codes coming up now and his reply was “I don’t know”. I then asked him how that was possible when all he does is change batteries. You better get that kid out of there before he messes something up and you guys have to pay big time. The other employees seemed to act like this was normal for them to treat people and their vehicles this way.
