What You Need to Get Started:
- Model Number and Serial Number: The model number is located on the battery's front/top label, and the serial number is on the top. See the examples provided below.

- Receipt: Uploading a legible receipt is required as proof of purchase for the warranty registration process, otherwise a physical receipt will need to be available to present at time of claim. Receipts must clearly show the transaction date, invoice number and product purchased.
- Email Address: We will email you a confirmation of your registration.
What Happens Next?
After our customer support team receives your warranty registration, we will send a copy of this information to the email address you provided. Please keep this email for your records if you need to submit a warranty claim.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please contact Interstate at 888.772.3600 to confirm warranty eligibility. The product may need to be returned to Interstate for further inspection. Ensure the product is shipped per applicable dangerous goods/hazardous material shipping regulations.
